24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation
As part of our Customer Commitment for clients who reserve or book direct on our website, Risk-Free Cancellation means that after you've acquired a succeeding e-Ticket, you have up to 24 hours after reservation to abandon it for any cause and receive a full compensation with no fees.
24-Hour Risk Free Cancellation Process
- Choose the trip you wish to abandon
- Pick 'Cancel Flight' button and go with the steps
- Receive a full refund, which will be automatically assigned to your primary form of payment
TravelBroker will practice the refund of your ticket when unrestricted within 24 hours of acquisition. However, some banks or credit card issuers may place a hold of funds on your credit or debit card. We encourage you to interact with your card issuer for their specific policies.
Cancel a Non-Refundable Ticket
If you assimilated a non-refundable ticket, in firm conditions, a termination fee will be withdrew from the sole cost of your flight. Any remaining charge will be provided as an e-Credit that can be used in the direction of the attainment of a dissimilar ticket. Numerous tickets, such as Basic Economy fares, cannot be transformed or cancelled.

Cancellation Fee
Termination fees start at $200 liable on your schedule (subject to modify – the relevant fee is logged in the Fare Rules for your ticket), and you will attain the remaining cost of your ticket as an e-Credit. The concluding date of your e-Credit will be contingent on the terms of your sole ticket and any legal repudiation.
Termination fees are not valid or applicable for the following tickets:
- Registration of tickets from this website for travel originating from North America to wherever in the world (including flights performed by joint venture and codeshare partners) purchased
- TravelBroker tickets for travel amongst U.S. or Mexico and The Caribbean
Appeal for a Refund for an Unrestricted Flight
If there is a flight termination or substantial postponement, you will be rebooked on a standby flight or your ticket will be distorted to an e-Credit for future TravelBroker travel. However, in some cases, you may be permitted to appeal a compensation of any unused percentage of your non-refundable ticket. Fill out the form to request a refund for a future trip if TravelBroker cancelled or significantly delayed your flight, and you would like a refund to the original form of payment.

How to Cancel a Refundable Ticket
- Find Your Trip or Log In, and go to My Trips
- Elect the flight you want to terminate
- Hit the icon of 'Modify/Alter Flight'
- After that click on 'Start Flight Cancellation'
- Confirm your trip cancellation
Apply for a Refund for Refundable Ticket
Fill up the form to request for refund for your future trip. Your ticket should be a refundable ticket, acquired with a credit card, cash or check. Your refund will be delivered to your unique payment method.
