Clients can claim for refund in circumstance they come across any other booking engine delivering lower price against the similar travel journey booked via TravelBroker. Our counsellors after confirming the request will abandon the booking/reservation and recruit refund of the comprehensive amount to the authentic method of payment used.
Circumstances for Claiming a Refund
- Refund should be appealed within 4 hours of booking
- Both the travel itineraries being compared should match
- Lower priced travel itinerary should be online and accessible for booking while submitting the claim
Requirements for Claiming a Refund
All information and documents must be delivered for the lower priced offer. The documents comprised include but are not limited to:
- Departure and arrival dates
- Location and time
- Flight fares
- Chosen airlines
- Class
- Complete cancellation policy
- Category of hotel room
- Hotel price
- Car rental policy
Our expert counsellors post confirmation of claim suitability for Lower Fare Promise will either deliver whole refund or compromise a better deal. Only the alteration in our price and lower price offer will be refunded. To get a complete refund, customers can also appeal for termination of booking/reservation.

Refund Policy Overview
24-Hour Booking Policy
In our 24-hour supple booking policy, if your ticket was obtained through TravelBroker in the former 24 hours and you concluded your purchase one week or more previously the original arranged departure flight, it may be suitable for waiver of alteration or termination fees.
Basic Economy Tickets
Basic Economy tickets are not suitable for fluctuations, but are qualified for a complete refund within 24 hours of booking as long as you completed your acquisition one week or more before the unique scheduled departure flight. If your ticket is eligible, you can go to our Manage Reservations page to terminate your reservation and obtain a refund.

Refund Amount
The refund amount you will receive is contingent on numerous variables. For example, tickets that are moderately travelled will be calculated at a prorated amount based on the rules of the ticket purchased and segments traveled. Fees and surcharges gathered in combination with the ticket will only be refunded if applicable.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Credit card refunds will be processed within seven business days of the request
- All other refunds will be processed within 20 business days of the request
- Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment
